Our goal is to provide all our students the opportunity to go to university if they wish to live happy, healthy and productive lives. We are creating a community of thousands of students, parents and teachers united by the highest expectations of what every young person can achieve, and by the commitment to help young people to excel. Examples of our commitment can be seen in our longer academy day,our all-through structure and our rigorous curriculum which will focus on enabling every student to attend university if they wish.
The most important ingredient of a great academy is superb teaching and we have recruited a team of exceptional teachers who are prepared to go beyond normal expectations to make a difference for our students. Our Academy designed carefully that every student knows every student and family, and deeply understand our students’ needs. We are deeply committed to working with parents and believe that communication between home and academy is vital.

Delivering high-quality teaching and creating an outstanding student experience and outcomes for our students remains at the heart of our offering as an institution. Already in that process we have committed to the new assessment and feedback policy to guarantee that all students receive clear and timely feedback within 14 days of the assessment date, and have introduced personal academic tutors to support our students through their studies.
